Delivery Information

Subject to us having the goods in stock we will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same working day. We are unable to dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday so orders placed over the weekend will always be processed the following Monday. If any of the goods you have ordered are not immediately available for dispatch then a member of our sales team will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to advise you of a potential delivery date and await your instruction.

Returning Goods

If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it, we will refund you for the product minus any carriage charges and a 10% restock fee to cover administration and listing fees. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. If you receive a faulty or damaged product we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair, or give you a refund of the purchase price. Additional postage costs incurred will be chargeable to you (the customer). To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within 3 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. We cannot arrange returns by telephone. Products must be returned with the original packing and tags attached and in good condition to be acceptable for return. You cannot return items personalised or made to your specification, including various non-standard finishes or colours chosen and Helmets are a non returnable item unless there is a manufacturing fault. It is advisable to return the item by a recorded method as we cannot refund until received. Once the goods have arrived back to Palmers Motorcycles we can process the refund, providing the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent.

How to Return/Exchange Items

If you would like to return/exchange an item to us, there are two ways in which you can proceed. You can either login to your account or download a manual form, both of these methods are explained below. (You will need a PDF reader installed to print the return forms, we recommend using Adobe Reader)

1. My Account

To return/exchange items to us using your online account, please follow the following steps below:

  • Login to your account on our website using the My Account section.
  • Once logged in go to the 'Return Items' section.
  • Find the order you would like to return items on and click on the 'Return Items' button. (A popup will be required to open, please ensure any popup blockers are turned off or www.palmersmotorcycles.co.uk is added to the safe list)
  • In the popup window, please fill out all of the required fields (Qty, Return Type, Reason, etc) and select any items you would like to return within the order using the checkbox.
  • After filling in the details for each item to return you can enter additional notes onto the form.
  • Once you have finished filling in the online form, click on the 'Return Selected Items' button. (A new popup will be required to open, please ensure any popup blockers are turned off or www.palmersmotorcycles.co.uk is added to the safe list)
  • A new popup window will then appear, click on the 'Print' button to print out your 'Return/Exchange Form'.
  • Send your 'Return/Exchange Form' to us by post using the address stated on the 'Return/Exchange Form'.

2. Download Manual Form

If you do not remember your login details to your online account or would like to download our manual form, please follow the following steps below:

  • To download our manual form please click here.(A new popup will be required to open, please ensure any popup blockers are turned off or www.palmersmotorcycles.co.uk is added to the safe list)
  • Print out the form using the 'Print' button
  • Fill in the form you print out, add any additional notes to the bottom of the form.
  • Send your 'Return/Exchange Form' to us by post using the address stated on the 'Return/Exchange Form'.
